Review of "The London Bridge Experience and the London Tombs"

Couple of months ago I visited jolly ol' England and of course good ol' London too. I had planned my day there but there was one thing over everything else.
    The London Dungeon!
When I arrived to London I immediately went to see where London Dungeon is located. It wasn't too hard to find it, line was so long. For few agonizing minutes I glared the line that didn't seem to move at all. Posters of Jack the Ripper and Sweeney Todd seemed to mock me saying "These people will soon get in, you will have to wait for at least two hours! Teeheehee!"
With a long sigh I took a step towards line when saving angel arrived.
In the form of a bleeding man.
After getting over the fact that bloody man with top-hat was talking to me I started listening what he had to say. He told me about London Tombs, located just around the corner which was supposed to be much, much scarier than London Dungeon. Of course you can' really trust their word about it but lines to London Dungeon were too devastating for me so I took the ticket he gave me and started looking.
Zombie was right, it was just around the corner. And there weren't any lines at all! That of course could mean two different thinks. It could be so scary that no one would dare to go (which was good for me) or it could just suck that much.
With a sigh I payed the ticker price of 15 pounds which wasn't bad at all. I can't remember prices of London Dungeon but it was much more expensive. I was told that there would be two parts, The London Bridge Experience which would tell about history of London Bridge and after that we would be heading to the Tombs. I let out a small sigh about the history part but I entered anyway.     There were only 10 people there with me. We were standing near the entrance and TV played some kind of video about Queen Elizabeth and about the Bridge. I was too busy checking my cellphone that it really is off.     Then door was opened and short line started moving towards. I took my place from the middle. Then the history started.
Everything I thought about history part got crushed at the very beginning. Jokes were so corny that I really laughed to them. After introduction we got to see Romans, Vikings, Drunks, Butcherers and all the other interesting stuff, filled with jokes and real history. I think my favourite part was with the Keeper of the Heads.
Last part of history had something to do with selling the Bridge to Americans which I wasn't really interested at. I spent those minutes admiring the details of the room.     After it stopped we got greeted by two zombie girls. Another one was more chubby and happy one, other was think and angry one. They were much fun and I think I fell in love with the angry one... I have soft spot for undeads.
These two escorted us down to the Tombs. First of course all of us were photographed (money money money). I was only one alone so angry one told happier zombie to go to the picture with me. I really liked the personal feeling of the place. Nothing makes you more comfortable than real actor yelling to you that she will rip your fingers off! :)     Then we entered the Tombs, in line and keeping our hands on each others shoulders. Fun had started.
I have to confess that I don't remember the order of the rooms but I will try to write the highlights.
My favorite part was when white light was flickering all the time. Those who have tried it know that you only see stills of everything. That looked cool enough, but when zombie starts running towards you from the end of a long hallway, it makes it better.
There were many loud bangs which almost took my hearing away. And of course, lots and lots of zombies. They came from everywhere, not touching you but coming real close.  We went through alien lairs, mines, spider nests, toy rooms and everything was just fantastic. Final part was predictable but still cool. Butcher's room with more cut-off limbs that I'd seen in... I had seen in... Well you know the deal.
Final monster encounter was with chainsaw massacrer who came retty damn close with that chainsaw. Thanks to lighting I didn't see if it really was cutting through the plastic but it wouldn't have been a wonder.
Then we came to the stairs and I realized that it was over. I felt little bit of sad but very happy at the same time. It had been one of the best experiences of that vacation with Beer-party in Germany.     I really think everyone who enjoys horror should try these two out. It's a wonderful experience that you won't be forgetting any time soon.
At least I won't forget you, violent, angry and loud zombie-girl... *Sigh*
